The Big 26

It's true, I turned 26 yesterday. I am thankful for another year of life, but I don't like saying goodbye to my early 20s :) I did have a good day; it started when a few students came into my classroom at 7:15am with a birthday cake they had made, candles and everything. It was really sweet of them. After school, I got a sweet card from my husband (I got a camera last week already) and then Mark and I went to my parent's house for a steak dinner; it was delicious.

How fun! What thoughtful students (you must be a well-liked teacher!) and how nice not to have to make dinner. :) Happy Birthday Kelli! Just think, even though you've said goodbye to your "early twenties", this is the year you'll become a mom!!! :D

Happy Birthday Kelli!

Leaving your twenties is not so bad...I get to be 30 in August!! :) Seriously though I think we only get better as women--wiser, more attractive, more confident and more sure of who we are in Christ! You're a beauty! Glad you were born!!!

Happy birthday! Don't worry, you're still a youngster. I feel 26, but alas, I'm not! Sounds like you have great kids too.
