Thanks to all of you who have responded to me about the pancake breakfast. We are very excited to see what God will do with that! Thanks for your support already; we will post about it again when the time gets closer.
What a gift God's word is to us. I was feeling anxious about life and Ruby last night, so I spent some time in the Psalms. God is sooo good; He met me there and made His presence evident.
From Psalm 143- "Let the morning bring me word of you unfailing love for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go for to you I lift up my soul....Teach me to do you will, for you are my God may your good Spirit lead me on level ground."
Psalm 144- "He is my loving God and my fortress, my stronghold and my deliverer, my shield in whom I take refuge."
Psalm 145- "His greatness no one can fathom...The Lord is good to all; He has compassion on all He has made...The Lord is faithful to all His promises...The Lord is near to all who call on Him...The Lord watches over all who love Him."
Powerful words! Heavenly Father- Thank you for your word! It is a blessing.
