Pictures
So Ruby has had one seizure each of the last three days. She does have a cold so maybe that is triggering them, but to be safe, the doctor increased her dosage of the Vigabatrin one more time. I thought we were already at the max dosage, but we are going to push it up once more. Again, we hope this stops them completely. I am a litle worried about her cold too, just because she has had pneumonia a couple of times in Ethiopia; I do not want this cold to settle in her lungs so we are watching her carefully. She has not thrown up since Monday so that is a blessing. She is also eating pretty well and she gained weight again so we are encouraged by that.

Thanks for the pictures, each one is great. They show how tiny she still is, wow. I will pray that this new dose will be IT and her seizures will stop... and that her cold goes away. She sure needs a break, doesn't she?
She is so beautiful and so sweet and your heart will continue to grow as she learns that she has you to fight for her even when she is tired.
My favorite pic is with the dog. I know that dogs are VERY in tune to those they love. Keep her close to the doggy and there will always be another set of eyes.

What a sweetheart! You have such a beautiful daughter, I think next time I see her I am actually going to HOLD HER. Yes, even though I never hold babies.....
And I miss you TenHaken! SO MUCH! We need to go for coffee sometime with you, me, Hannah, and Carmen...okay?
She is so beautiful Kelli and Mark! I'm praying that this dosage does the work that needs to be done.
kelli- what a sweetie she is. it breaks my heart that she is struggling with a cold right after her tummy issue along with all the meds and side effects. she has been through alot in her little life. she is just beautiful despite all her struggles, and i can see so clearly why God gave her to you!!! God is not wringing His hands wondering what to do...He knows the plans He has for you...plans to bring you a hope and a future!!!
What a beautiful little princess Ruby is!!! And the love that she has pouring our from her father above, her Mommy and her Daddy can be seen!!!! Praying for healing and praying for peace in your hearts!!!!!
