More Bad News

Well- this is Mark (Kelli's husband). This is my first ever post on the blog- I wish I were posting for a more joyous occasion.

Anyway, wanted to let you all know that Ruby was admitted to DeVos last night with a swollen left kidney and possible kidney stones. She cried all day yesterday so we decided to bring her in. This is a side effect to the diet she is on, we are going to get her off it ASAP because the negatives are far outweighing the positives. Kelli is at the hospital with Ruby right now so she cannot post.

This is usually the part where Kelli references some scripture and talks about trusting God. He is certainly making that hard for us to do right now.

I am sure that Kelli will post more later but I wanted to let you all know.

oh guys, I am so sorry, who knows why God is giving you so many trials, but all I can say is that despite all of this heartache, HE IS GOOD and HE IS FAITHFUL. I can't imagine what would be happening if Ruby had not been adopted into your family. She would be suffering without a family telling her it will be alright and praying over her. you are in our prayers, and loved very much!

I am very sorry to hear that Ruby is in the hospital, and that you guys are having such a difficult go at this. Just remember that you and your children were brought to your family for a reason. I firmly believe that your two miracles need parents with very big, open, loving hearts that will go to the ends of the earth to make sure that they are doing everything possible to make sure that everything is done to help them. You and Kelli are amazing people, I know that it is exceptionally difficult right now, but just keep having faith and loving those babies and it will turn out for the best.
