I dropped our packet of sealed documents off at Bethany in Holland on Tuesday. Yesterday, I heard that the packet (our dossier) went to the Bethany office in Grand Rapids to be checked over. Everything has to be done exactly right on each paper, so hopefully the packet is okay and we don't have to redo anything. We are still waiting for the sealed copies of our birth certificates to come back from Minnesota and Washington (the states where we were born).
It sounds like, if everything looks good, we can send our dossier to Ethiopia as soon as we get those birth certificates. Please pray that they come in soon so we can get everything over there. It is exciting for us to know that we will be the first Bethany family to have our paperwork in Ethiopia! Continue to pray that the process of getting the paperwork over there goes smoothly.
